General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005
The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the offering, sale, and delivery of all products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) listed in the online catalog provided by Soffran, operated by Alì Yawar Hussaindad (hereinafter referred to as “Soffran”), to the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), except for those items for which specific sales conditions apply. Such specific conditions will be indicated on the dedicated pages of the respective products.
The use of the distance selling service described in these Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers” or “Customer”), defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any.
The Customer is required to carefully read the Terms and Conditions, which have been made available on the website to allow their storage and reproduction pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.
Orders
The Customer can correct any errors made during the order completion process by the following methods:

Upon receipt of the order, it will be subject to acceptance by Soffran. The order will then be stored in our IT systems, and the Customer will be able to access it through the order history by entering their login credentials (username and password).
Upon acceptance of the order by Soffran, the Customer will receive confirmation containing the terms and conditions applicable to the contract.
Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros and include all applicable taxes and mandatory charges, such as VAT.
If an incorrect price is indicated in the Customer’s order (even after allowing the Customer to modify any material errors in the submission of the order following the procedures outlined above), the order will be deemed valid at the price indicated on the e-commerce platform.
Additional Charges
Delivery costs (as indicated below) and any applicable insurance guarantee fees, if present, are considered additional to the product price and will be separately indicated on the website as well as on the invoice.
Payments
Payments may be made via bank transfer in advance or by credit card through the PayPal system.
Minimum Order
No minimum order amount is required.
Products
Soffran reserves the right to modify product characteristics or suppliers without prior notice, in compliance with current safety laws.
Force Majeure
In any case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Soffran will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver and, within the limits of applicable law, may terminate the contract, suspend, or defer its execution.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is free throughout Italy for orders exceeding €50.00 (VAT included). For orders between €0.00 and €50.00, a contribution of €5.80 (VAT included) is required. To ensure better service, all available goods will be shipped.
Shipments are processed by Soffran from Monday to Friday, excluding force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, holidays, and company closures. For personalized delivery arrangements, a service fee may be agreed upon in advance.
Merchandise Inspection
The Customer and/or their representative at the time of receiving the goods must inspect the integrity and quantity of the delivered packages in the presence of the carrier, noting any discrepancies in the number and/or condition of the packages in writing in the appropriate space on the delivery note (DDT), which, duly signed, will remain with the carrier.
Afterward, the Customer must contact Soffran to report the issue. Any other complaints must be reported to Soffran within 15 days of delivery by calling +39 0873.610242 or sending an email to info@soffran.it.
